Leaving a Legacy

After losing her husband of 27 years, Tamara has made it a mission to share his legacy. He was a leader by action, not by title. Come to this session and learn four practical ways to lead others so they want to follow. If you implement these four principles in your life, you will have healthier relationships and cultures where people want to work and collective efficacy is the norm.

You will be encouraged to not only model these four principles as a leader but encourage them to become working agreements in your organization. When these are present at home or work–it fosters connectivity, optimism, and belief in one another.

Session Objectives

  1. Learn the importance of focusing on gratitude, not grumblings.
  2. Find practical ways to be a champion for others, not critic.
  3. Explore intentional actions to focus on possibilities, not problems.
  4. Learn ways to be present, not preoccupied.
